Christ is Risen! Dear readers, before I head off to Church, I wanted to share an image from last night's Paschal Vigil. Here, the thurifer deposits some coals from the New Fire in the thurible, while the Deacon is offside changing into white vestments.
I wonder how many people can explain the "offside" rule for Deacons on Holy Saturday ... ;-)
